By using the TigerTrade website and panel, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

The service

TigerTrade is a tool that lets users run software bots that trade automatically on their own CoinW accounts with settings they choose. TigerTrade is not an investment firm, portfolio manager or investment adviser; it gives no investment advice and does not hold your funds.

Accounts

• Sign-up applications are subject to administrator approval. TigerTrade may decline an application without giving a reason.
• You are responsible for keeping the information you provide accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for the security of your account, password and two-step verification device. You may not share your account.
• The service is not available to anyone under 18 or to anyone for whom crypto futures trading is prohibited in their country.

Your responsibilities

• You choose your bot settings (including coin, timeframe, risk, leverage, take-profit and stop-loss) and are responsible for their results.
• You must use your CoinW account and API key in line with CoinW's terms of use.
• Your API key must have trading permission only, no withdrawal permission, and be locked to our server's IP address.
• You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, market manipulation or in any way that abuses the system.

Limitation of liability

Crypto futures trading carries high risk. Bots guarantee no profit; past or sample results do not indicate future results. Software bugs, exchange outages, API changes, internet or server outages, lack of liquidity and slippage can cause losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TigerTrade is not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from these causes.

Changes and termination

TigerTrade may change the service, the bots and these terms with prior notice. Accounts that breach these terms may be suspended or closed. When an account is closed, its bots are stopped; managing any open positions on CoinW is your responsibility.

Intellectual property

The TigerTrade name, logo, software and site content belong to TigerTrade and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the statutory rights of users acting as consumers.
