Privacy policy
Last updated: 28 October 2026
This policy explains what information is collected when you use TigerTrade, how it is protected and what choices you have. For the formal notice on personal data, see the personal data notice.
What we collect
The details you enter in the sign-up and contact forms, login records needed to keep your account secure, your bot settings and records of the trades your bots make. We don't collect information that isn't needed to provide the service.
Your API keys
We use your CoinW API key only so your bots can trade. Keys are stored encrypted and never shown on screen once saved. When creating a key, we require that you grant trading permission only, never withdrawal permission, and that you lock the key to our server's IP address. TigerTrade never holds or transfers your funds.
Security
Passwords are stored irreversibly, every login requires two-step verification, failed login attempts are limited and all connections are encrypted. No system is entirely risk-free; if we detect a breach, we will inform affected users and the authorities the law requires.
Cookies
We use only two cookies that the site needs to work: a session cookie that keeps you logged in and a language cookie that remembers your language choice. We use no advertising or tracking cookies and collect no visitor statistics.
Third-party services
The site is served through Cloudflare, fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots. These services may process technical information such as your IP address in order to work.
Deleting your account
You can ask us to delete your account and personal data by writing to [email protected]. All your data is deleted except records we are legally required to keep.
Changes
When we update this policy, we change the date at the top of the page. We notify registered users separately of significant changes.
